Accepted methods of payment: E-transfer, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX
I am covered by most insurance plans that allow psychotherapy. Please contact your provider to verify your coverage.
Cancellations & No Show Policy
At Autumn Living Therapy, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. This allows us to offer the time to someone else who may be waiting. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to 50% of the session fee, and sessions with no notice of cancellation may be subject to the full session fee.

We understand that life can be unpredictable and that emergencies do happen. If you’re facing an urgent or unexpected situation, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to respond with care and flexibility.
